I am 21 years of age or older. *I authorize HammerSky Vineyards to charge my credit card prior to each club shipment.  *I agree to stay active in the club for one calendar year .

*After 1 year I may cancel my membership by contacting HammerSky Vineyards no later than 14 days prior to the next scheduled shipment.  *I will provide a phone number, billing and shipping address, and a valid credit card number at time of enrollment and agree to keep this information up to date. Failure to do so may be subject to a processing fee.  *I understand HammerSky Vineyards will send out shipment notices prior to and receipts after processing orders via email.  *All wine club pick ups must be picked up with 4 weeks of release or will be shipped to the wine club member at the member's expense.  *By law wine shipments cannot be delivered without a signature.  *I am aware of all the risks associated with alcoholic beverages.

The parties to this Contract are restricted from disparaging the other party in any manner, and in any format, verbal, written or digital, nor otherwise take any action which could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the other party’s personal or professional reputation.
